Regarding Article Withdrawal:
The open-access journal will make every effort to ensure that academic papers maintain a traceable and unaltered historical record after publication. However, due to individual non-compliant phenomena or the author's unintentional mistakes in the manuscript, even after careful review by the editor, it is difficult to detect all issues. Therefore, it is sometimes necessary to correct the academic record. The decision to modify the record is significant, and the publisher will take different measures based on the article’s situation. Generally, the following actions may be taken:
Statement issues
Corrections (formatting or content errors)
Retraction
Removal
These measures are intended to correct the article and inform the readers, not to punish the author. If any intentional or unintentional non-compliant issues arise in the article, the journal's editors have the responsibility to review and supervise them, with the involvement of the author and the reviewers. The editor will follow the publisher's retraction guidelines and other acceptable academic principles to choose the best solution for handling the issue.
If the author proactively requests any measures, they will not need to pay additional fees. If the measures (such as retraction) are taken without the author’s initiative or are the result of unilateral actions before both parties reach an agreement, the publisher will not compensate the author for any financial loss, and the article publication fees will not be refunded.
